The City of Alhambra invites the community to join Fiesta Alhambra on Sunday, September 21, from 9 AM to 1 PM, a vibrant celebration in recognition of Latino Heritage Month. This annual event will be held alongside the Certified Farmers Market in Downtown Alhambra (100 S. Second Street), filling the streets with live music, colorful displays, and cultural activities that honor the traditions of the Latino community.
“Fiesta Alhambra is a chance for our community to come together and honor the vibrant traditions, history, and contributions of our Latino community,” said Mayor Katherine Lee. “It’s a celebration of our shared heritage, filled with great food, music, and the welcoming spirit that makes Alhambra special.”
This free, family-friendly event will feature live music and dancing, a variety of artisan and craft vendors, and an Ofrenda, which is a traditional altar honoring and remembering loved ones. Guests can also explore the Certified Farmers Market for fresh produce, local goods, and delicious treats, making it a one-stop destination for culture, community, and shopping.
