Alhambra, CA — Stay safe, stay prepared! The Alhambra Fire Department and Alhambra Police Department are teaming up to host the annual Safety Fair on Sunday, September 28, 2025, starting at 8 AM at the Alhambra Certified Farmers Market (100 S. 2nd Street).
“Preparedness is key to building a safer and stronger community,” said Mayor Katherine Lee. “Events like the Safety Fair give residents tools and knowledge to protect themselves and their families in emergency situations.”
Bring the whole family to meet local safety experts and emergency response professionals, take part in interactive demos, and learn practical ways to be prepared in case of an emergency. Attendees can also purchase emergency kits, while supplies last.
The Safety Fair is part of National Preparedness Month, a nationwide reminder each September that planning ahead can make all the difference.
The event is free and registration is not required.
