Alhambra Unified School District gathered together at Alhambra Park in May to celebrate 152 incredible employees who reached major career milestones this year. These dedicated team members have served AUSD for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and in one case…an impressive 40 years! Each honoree has made a lasting impact through their commitment, care, and contributions to the students, families, and schools of AUSD. At all sites and departments, their work has contributed to the strong, supportive learning environment our district is known for. A special shoutout goes to Rebecca Chavez Duarte, a beloved teacher at Marguerita School, who received her 40-year pin this year. This is an extraordinary achievement that reflects her decades of service and dedication. AUSD is deeply grateful to each honoree for choosing the education profession and for choosing Alhambra Unified. Congratulations to all, and thank you for being such an important part of the AUSD family!
