The Alhambra Main Street Market is bringing the 90’s back in full swing this Sunday, August 3rd — and now, Regal Alhambra has officially joined the celebration! As part of this month’s nostalgic 90’s Day theme, Regal will host a special screening of the iconic film Forrest Gump at 7:15pm for just $10.
This one-time screening is the perfect way to end your Market day, grab your popcorn, and relive the unforgettable journey of Forrest, Jenny, and a box of chocolates. The Alhambra Main Street Market takes place on the first Sunday of each month and will run from 3:00pm to 8:00pm this Sunday at Renaissance Plaza (1 E. Main Street, Alhambra CA 91801) onthe corner of Main Street and Garfield Avenue in the heart of Downtown Alhambra.
This month’s market is a full-on throwback to the 1990s, with themed vendors, family fun, and local vibes. You’ll find 90’s music pumping all day, fun photo ops, and entertainment stacked with energy:
- 4:00pm – A special Kung Fu demonstration and free community class led by US Kung Fu Center
- 5:00pm – A free 90’s Hip Hop dance class sponsored by the new UFC Gym Alhambra
- 6:00pm – A free live concert in the Plaza featuring RIV3R, a high-energy 90’s cover band
- 7:15pm – Forrest Gump screening at Regal Alhambra for just $10
