St. Therese Carmelite School (STCS) participated for the first time in the Catholic Junior High Academic Decathlon on March 7, 2026. Four students represented the school in individual subject competitions: Jonah Choy (sixth grade) in Literature, Sara Hernandez (sixth grade) in Science, Madison Merino (sixth grade) in English, and Nathan Molina (eighth grade) in Math.
Nathan Molina earned third place in the individual Math competition. He will attend Bishop Amat Memorial High School this fall.
