      Alhambra Passes Smoke-Free Multi-Unit Housing Ordinance

      At the October 27 Alhambra City Council Meeting, a motion was made and passed to adopt an ordinance restricting smoking in multi-unit housing, affecting buildings with 3+ conjoined units.
