Dana Point-based commercial real estate investment company Raintree Partners recently bought the Woodside Terrace apartment complex in Alhambra for $26.2 million.
Located at at 400 N Chapel Ave, Woodside Terrace has 85 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, a swimming pool, lounge deck, laundry facilities and parking.
According to LA Business Journal, Raintree Partners intends to refurbish the complex to make it more competitive with newer products nearby.
Joseph Grabiec, Kevin Green and Gregory Harris of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) represented the unnamed seller and procured Raintree Partners in the sale.
