“The Dumpling Queen” is a new Hong Kong biopic depicting the life of Zang Jianhe, a single mom who created one of Hong Kong’s biggest food companies.
From Director Wai Keung Lau, also known as Andrew Lau (“Infernal Affairs”), and starring Li Ma as Zang, the film tells the inspiring true story of Zang Jianhe and the Wanhai Ferry brand, which she grew into a leading food company known for its frozen dumplings.
