Yung Ho Dou Jiang has been one of the longstanding destinations for Taiwanese breakfast in the San Gabriel Valley, drawing early morning crowds for soy milk, rice rolls, pancakes, and other traditional breakfast staples. Long before Taiwanese breakfast became a trend outside of Taiwanese communities, Yung Ho Dou Jiang was introducing many local diners to dishes built around fresh soy milk, youtiao, and handmade breakfast pastries.
