Join Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training to become properly prepared for emergency situations. In the hours following a disaster, emergency response agencies may be overwhelmed and unable to respond immediately to your neighborhood. CERT program participants are provided with skills to survive a disaster and provide neighborhood assistance until emergency agencies arrive.
These classes run from 9:00AM to 5:00PM on Thursdays from March 5, 2026 through April 9, 2026, held at the learning center at the Alhambra Library – 101 S 1st St. Attendees will learn about emergency disaster prep, fire suppression, light search and rescue, disaster psychology, and first aid.
