Alhambra Residents Report Power Outages

    Earlier today, residents in Alhambra reported losing power throughout the city.

    The Alhambra Police Department shared on social media that Southern California Edison is aware of the issue and is working to restore power. The power outages started at approximately 11:37 am on September 5 and there is no estimate for when it will be restored yet.

    Southern California Edison’s website says that 854 customers in the area are impacted by the outage. Residents can check the website for updates or sign up for alerts at sce.com/outage-center/check-outage-status.

    This happened on one of the hottest days of the year, with temperatures reaching a high of 107 degrees.
