From the owners of AWSOM Wings Pizza & Burgers comes Pop’s Fresh Mediterranean, a new restaurant bringing Mediterranean food to Alhambra. AWSOM (formerly “Alondra’s Hot Wings”) is an Alhambra icon for sports fans and foodies alike, having skyrocketed to fame following its recognition in the 2001 Super Bowl and 2002 Oscar De La Hoya fight.
The Kazarian brothers Danny, Harout, and Garo always dreamed of owning their own restaurant. Following in the steps of their parents – their mother was a talented home cook and their father was a successful businessman in Lebanon – the success of AWSOM has helped the brothers expand to a new restaurant. Pop’s Fresh Mediterranean serves fresh chicken, juicy meat, and vibrant veggies, a healthy and delicious combo for the whole family.
